Hi, I’m Maggie – Curator of Eve & Joy!

Eve & Joy Coffee was born from a place of love, healing, and deep inspiration. Named in honor of my beautiful mother, Evelyn, who found joy in every moment, this space is more than just a coffee stop—it’s a reflection of her spirit, her warmth, and her love for the little things that make life meaningful.

After navigating my own personal health journey, I began to understand the importance of slowing down, connecting with community, and creating space for joy. Coffee, for me, became one of those simple pleasures—a moment to pause, breathe, create and connect. That’s what Eve & Joy is all about!

We serve handcrafted drinks like Americanos, Vanilla Lattes, Chai Lattes, and Matcha Lattes—all made with love, intention,. Whether you’re stopping by after Pilates, grabbing a cup before your day begins, or meeting a friend at a pop-up, I hope every sip brings you the same comfort and joy my mom shared with everyone she met.
